Job Summary:





Environmental Care Partners are responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness within Willow Lodge and maintaining an adequate supply of clean linen and clothing.



Food Service Care Partner is a team player who displays understanding of the needs of our Residents, while providing a pleasant dining experience.


General Qualifications, Knowledge, Education and Skills:




High School diploma desirable or equivalent Must have WHMIS. Completion of Alzheimer's Course an asset. Must demonstrate a personality compatible to this position with a genuine concern for the elderly and mentally/physically challenged. Must be in good physical and mental health. Must demonstrate effective communication skills, oral, verbal and written. Must demonstrate initiative. Must be able to work every second weekend. Experience working with the elderly and mentally challenged adults considered an asset. Good people skills. Must demonstrate initiative. Must be able to take direction and accept constructive feedback.

Food Service Knowledge, Education and Skills:




Must have Food Handlers Course. Must have some experience in food preparation and an understanding of special diets. Must be able to follow direction in providing Residents diets. Must be flexible.
