The River East Transcona School Division is accepting applications from energetic individuals to work as casual and temporary custodians for the 2025-2026 school year.
Requirements:
Valid Power Engineer 5th Class License OR applicants will be considered who have successfully completed the Provincial Government Exam but require boiler hours. Previous custodial experience would be an asset Demonstrated initiative and reliability; self-starter with the ability to work alone Customer service experience an asset Ability to operate floor machines Ability to travel to all schools and departments within the River East Transcona School Division Phone in on daily/weekly basis; possibility of permanent future employment Must be available on an as needed basis Monday to Friday Must be available to work daytime, evening and/or midnight shifts External applicants, upon hire, must supply a cleared Criminal Record Search, and Child Abuse Registry check

Pay: $25.80 per hour
