The Lakeshore Resort and Campground is looking for talented individuals to join our team as casual

Campground Workers

. Reporting to the Campground Manager, the Campground Workers will support the visitors at the Lakeshore Resort and Campground.

We are able to offer a variety of schedules to accommodate individuals (up to 30 hours a week if you are available).

Hourly rate is $20.00.

The Casual Campground Worker's primary responsibilities include:

Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or complaints. Conduct maintenance of sites and facilities as required. Keep the facilities clean and organized. Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, as required. Handling cash and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems. Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries. Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Must love the outdoors Knowledge of campground operations and outdoor recreation is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed. Experience working with First Nations / Indigenous communities. Knowledge of language, history and culture of the Ktunaxa Nation is an asset.
