As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly demeanor Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system, preferably Micros POS Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and upselling opportunities Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling practices Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards during food preparation and serving Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order fulfillment Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is essential Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members A positive attitude and willingness to learn about menu items and restaurant operations

Pay: $17.75-$18.00 per hour
