Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Cashier/Stocker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while efficiently managing transactions, maintaining stock levels, and preparing food. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills and a passion for helping customers find what they need.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare sandwiches, hotdogs, and other lunch food for customers daily. Assist with cleaning of store. Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently. Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about products and services. Stock shelves, ensuring that products are organized, well-displayed, and replenished as needed. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
Experience/Skills

Experience in a retail management role, with a focus on customer service. Experience in food preparation and food safety. Knowledge of/or willing to learn about meat products and associated items. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in math for cash handling and reporting purposes. Proficiency in Point of Sales Systems, Inventory Management, and balancing of daily sales. Ability to work with other departments.
Working Schedule/Conditions

The store needs coverage Monday thru Saturday from 7:00am-7pm (may change in the future) and Sunday 8:00am-4:30pm. Shifts will very and staff need to be flexible.. Deal with customers concerns and a fast-paced environment. Able to lift 15 kg.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
