Responsibilities

Assist in meal preparation and cooking according to established recipes and standards. Perform food handling tasks while adhering to food safety regulations and guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils. Support the kitchen team in ensuring timely service during peak hours. Help with inventory management by checking stock levels and reporting shortages. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive dining experience for guests. Follow all health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and meal preparation processes is an advantage. Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is essential. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing demands in the kitchen. A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service.
