Responsibilities:

Provide a consistently

high level of customer service

and product knowledge Work closely with management and team members to

achieve sales goals

Merchandise and restock inventory

in a timely and organized manner Maintain a

clean, safe, and visually appealing store environment

Follow all

Loss Prevention policies and procedures

Be flexible and

available for shifts

that meet store needs Be open to

feedback and professional growth

Qualifications:

High School Diploma (minimum requirement) 2+ years of experience in

retail or customer service

(preferred)

Flexible availability

to work a variety of shifts

Creative, enthusiastic, detail-oriented

, and a great listener Strong ability to

connect with customers

and create positive experiences

Skills & Experience:

Merchandising & visual display skills Exceptional customer service and communication abilities Reliable, energetic, and proactive attitude Highly organized with strong attention to detail

POS and cash-handling experience
