As a sales specialist, we will train you on the specialty products in our store and guide you on how to interact with customers to provide the best customer service and advice to them. It simply starts with figuring out our customer's needs, and then matching those needs to the right products.

Responsibilities:

Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to all customers Collaborating with upper management and team to achieve sales Merchandising and replenishing inventory in a timely fashion according to company's standard Maintaining a clean and organized store environment consistent with company's standard Adhere to all Loss Prevention Policy and Procedure profiles Willing to work shifts that meet the needs of the business Willing to accept feedback, and take action as required

Qualifications:

Minimum of High School Graduate 2+ Years of Experience in Retail / Customer Service preferred Flexible work hours and times in Canada Must be creative, enthusiastic, a very good listener, and have a keen eye for small details across the store

Skills & Experience Required:

Merchandising skills Exceptional customer service skills Responsible and energetic Proactive and organized Excellent communications and interpersonal skills Experience with cash handling and POS terminal is a plus
