Hello and welcome. We have signed a contract to run a popup shop at Mayfair Mall selling items made in Victoria BC. We are looking for a key staff member to sell at the shop starting in May. About the Role In this role, you will engage and connect with our customers by providing excellent customer service. You will learn about the products (training provided) and help customers understand the various items and their benefits. You will educate, inform and inspire the customer. You will offer information to the customer on current stock, store promotions and events, and execute operational processes effectively and efficiently. You should be able to bring our brand to life for our customers while building brand loyalty and delivering with productivity. In addition, you will educated customers on our online presence. What You\'ll Do

• Provide excellent customer service
• Proficient English skills are required
• Assist customers as needed
• Process sales (or refunds as needed) using our POS system
• Complete opening and closing duties as required
• Inform the store manager of restocking issues if they arise.
• Work well independently

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week Salary: $18.50-$20.00 per hour Benefits:
