Duties

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately. Handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support to customers. Upsell products based on customer needs and preferences. Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display. Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction. Exhibit strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively during peak hours.

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred. Familiarity with technology sales and product demos is a plus. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as effective communication with diverse customers is essential. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required for maintaining accurate records and inventory. Basic math skills are necessary for handling transactions and providing change accurately. Excellent customer service skills, including phone etiquette, are crucial for engaging with customers both in-person and over the phone.
