Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Cashier/Sales professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while efficiently handling transactions and promoting our products. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen eye for merchandising, and a passion for sales.

Duties

Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and assisting with their inquiries Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support as needed Upsell products and services to enhance the customer experience Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising Handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring accurate cash handling procedures are followed Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during shifts Demonstrate phone etiquette when responding to customer calls or inquiries

Skills

Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus Experience in retail sales and cashiering, with a focus on customer service Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing Familiarity with technology sales and technical product knowledge is advantageous Ability to conduct product demos effectively to engage customers Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly work environment Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods
