Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries. Process transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring efficient cash handling. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance sales and meet store goals. Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display. Provide technical sales support by answering product-related questions and offering solutions. Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks during peak hours. Uphold phone etiquette when addressing customer inquiries over the phone.

Requirements

Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Familiarity with merchandising principles and techniques. Proficiency in technology sales, including understanding of product features and benefits. Excellent organizational skills to maintain a tidy work environment. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
