Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Cashier/Sales professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while efficiently handling transactions. Your ability to engage with customers, demonstrate products, and manage sales will contribute significantly to our store's success.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases. Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system. Handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support to enhance customer understanding of products. Upsell additional products and services based on customer needs and preferences. Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display to attract customers. Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly. Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during shifts.

Skills

Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus. Experience in retail sales, technology sales, or technical sales preferred. Proficiency in merchandising techniques to enhance product visibility. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction management. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport with customers. Time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods. Phone etiquette skills for handling customer inquiries over the phone. Pay: $17.85-$19.00 per hour
