Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Set up displays and arrange merchandise in an appealing manner
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly labeled
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding restocking needs
- Interact with customers to provide assistance and answer questions about products
- Process customer transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store

Skills:
- Cash handling experience, including counting and reconciling cash drawers
- Strong retail sales skills with the ability to effectively sell products
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Technical sales knowledge to assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations
- Upselling abilities to promote additional products or services to customers
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in using a point-of-sale (POS) system for processing transactions
- Multilingual abilities to effectively communicate with diverse customers
