Job Overview


We are seeking to hire Cashier and Line Cook to join our team.

CASHIER DUTIES



- Greet and welcome customers using professional customer service skills

- Learn and memorize menu in order to effectively communicate the difference between food items to customers

- Use Clover POS system to take customers' orders

- Responsible for preparing takeout containers, in-house food trays, and bags to ensure efficient ordering fulfillment

- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully-stocked front-of-house and dining area throughout the shift to ensure a welcoming environment for customers

- Maintain and organize storage and inventory area

- Work closely with kitchen to uphold clear communication when relaying orders, modifications, and/or special requests from customers ?

- Responsible for opening and closing duties

- Help out kitchen when needed

LINE COOKS Duties



Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation. Assist in the setup and breakdown of the kitchen before and after service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal preparation and timely service. Help train new kitchen staff on proper food handling techniques and kitchen procedures. Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Experience



Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety practices is essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a kitchen setting. A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that delight guests.

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
