Join our dynamic kitchen team as a Kitchen Team Member, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional food experiences to our customers. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring that our kitchen runs smoothly while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations and equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently as needed. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase menu items to customers. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Follow food safety guidelines and maintain proper hygiene practices at all times.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English; multilingual abilities are a plus. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Technical sales experience is beneficial for promoting menu items effectively. Cashiering experience preferred for managing payments efficiently. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy kitchen environment. Ability to demonstrate product knowledge through engaging product demos. Phone etiquette skills for handling customer inquiries over the phone when necessary.
