Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join the team at the Vernon location as a Key holder/Cashier.

We are looking for a

keyholder to work (4 - 25 hours per week)

, Shifts include most afternoon/evening and weekend shifts. Must be available during these times.

The hours at location are 9:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday through Saturday, and 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on Sundays.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Overseeing staff to ensure daily, weekly, monthly tasks are being completed in the Store Manager's absence.

- Monitor the activities of the store employees to maximize efficiency, minimize errors and respond to customer needs in a timely fashion

- Promote a work environment that is positive, customer service oriented and compliant with company policy and procedures

- Manage backroom stock and ensure adequate inventory levels on the sales floor

Knowledge requirements, skills and/or abilities:

- Key holder or Management experience of 2-5 years a must

- Strong organization and communication skills

- Ability to lift boxes from 20 to 45 lbs and comfortable with use of ladders on sales floor and stock room

- Ability to delegate daily task lists for staff and ensure completion of duties and responsibilities

- A willingness to grow your leadership skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.85-$33.14 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 25 per week
