Your Role

As a Sales Associate at New Steel, you will:

Welcome customers warmly and assist with their questions and needs Recommend products and share knowledge about our jewelry selection Keep merchandise stocked and displays organized Contribute to a clean, inviting store environment Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Communicate inventory needs (e.g., sold-out items) to the manager monthly

Training & Support

We provide

paid training

that includes hands-on learning and a detailed training guide. You'll gain product knowledge, customer service techniques, and sales skills -- with ongoing support until you feel confident in your role.
