Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Cashier Helper. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at our checkout counters.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints. Assist customers with bagging and ordering items. Process checkouts efficiently and accurately, obtaining payments from customers. Stay informed about store promotions to provide customers with up-to-date information. Maintain cleanliness in retail areas and workspaces. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Perform any other duties as required.

Qualifications:

Need to have valid SIN number Preferably possess cash-handling and customer service experience (Previous cashier experience would be an asset). Ability to count money efficiently and accurately. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills. Capable of multitasking and working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Flexibility to work day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as required. Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
