Your role will involve managing cash registers, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases. Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately. Process payments through various methods including credit cards and mobile payments. Provide product demonstrations and assist with technical sales inquiries. Upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Maintain an organized and clean checkout area. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations. Assist in merchandising efforts to promote products effectively.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Proficiency in cashiering, cash handling, and basic math skills. Experience in retail sales and technology sales is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems and merchandising techniques. Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Strong phone etiquette for handling customer calls professionally. Ability to conduct product demos and provide technical assistance when needed.
