We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server/Cashier to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, managing transactions accurately, and creating a welcoming environment for all guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be organized, and have a passion for delivering exceptional retail and dining experiences. Bilingual abilities and experience with technology sales or product demos are a plus, helping to enhance customer engagement and sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders or inquiries Take accurate orders using POS systems and process transactions efficiently Handle cash, credit, and mobile payments with precision and attention to detail Upsell additional items or services to enhance customer satisfaction and sales revenue Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station and dining area Manage wait times effectively through excellent time management skills Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and management to ensure smooth operations Uphold phone etiquette when handling inquiries via phone or online platforms Assist in merchandising efforts to ensure attractive product displays and stock levels

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Friendly demeanor with strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Experience with upselling techniques to increase sales opportunities Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team

Pay: $16.40-$17.40 per hour
