We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our team. Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers as they enter the establishment, providing a warm welcome. Manage the front desk operations, including answering inquiries and directing guests appropriately. Handle cashiering duties, including processing payments and maintaining accurate cash registers. Conduct product demonstrations to inform customers about offerings and enhance their experience. Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction. Maintain an organized front-of-house area, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for guests at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout shifts.

Skills

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred, with an emphasis on upselling techniques. Excellent time management abilities to navigate busy periods effectively. A friendly and approachable demeanor with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Smart Serve Certification is an asset.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
