We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for cash handling and transaction processing. Provide product demonstrations and technical sales support to enhance customer understanding of products. Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandising display. Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and effectively. Manage time efficiently to ensure prompt service during peak hours. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment. Uphold phone etiquette when addressing customer calls or inquiries.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on communication and interpersonal interactions. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Familiarity with technology sales, product demos, and technical sales is advantageous. Excellent organizational skills to manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. A commitment to providing outstanding service that promotes customer loyalty.
