We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while handling transactions efficiently. You will play a vital role in creating a positive shopping experience, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our retail environment.
Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries regarding products and services.
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while maintaining accurate cash handling procedures.
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store environment.
Address customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally to ensure resolution.
Stay informed about product knowledge to effectively assist customers in their purchasing decisions.
Experience
Previous experience in cashiering or retail sales is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing a positive shopping experience.
Familiarity with technical sales or technology products is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are an advantage.
Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly while following company policies.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong communication skills.
