Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries. Process transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card processing. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area. Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy, ensuring resolution. Utilize basic math skills for accurate cash register operations. Communicate product knowledge effectively to assist customers in making informed decisions. Support inventory management by restocking shelves as needed. Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when addressing customer calls or inquiries.

Requirements

Must have experience in gas station .

Must have own personal vehicle to commute.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to sell products effectively while demonstrating upselling techniques. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Excellent verbal communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members. A friendly demeanor with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Willingness to learn about products and services offered by the company.
