We are seeking a friendly and dynamic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our retail team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers, managing transactions efficiently, and promoting a positive shopping experience. Bilingual abilities and experience in retail sales or technical sales are highly valued to enhance customer interactions and support sales initiatives.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases in a professional manner Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and returns Provide product demonstrations and explain features to customers interested in technology or other merchandise Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction Manage merchandising displays and ensure the store remains organized and inviting Handle customer inquiries via phone, in person, or through digital channels with excellent phone etiquette Maintain accurate cash register operations and perform basic math calculations for transactions Assist in inventory management and restocking shelves as needed Support the team with time management to ensure smooth store operations during shifts

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills Ability to perform product demos and explain technical features confidently Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods Experience in merchandising, upselling, or technical sales is advantageous Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation are essential Ability to work well within a team environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
