Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products.
Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
Upsell products by identifying customer needs and suggesting relevant items.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering calls or assisting customers over the phone.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Skills
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
Proficient in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to conduct product demos and upsell effectively.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic retail environment.
