Esquimalt Return-It Depot is a small business in Esquimalt. We are fast-paced and customer-centric. We have a Part time position available Sun 11am-4:30pm Monday 9:30am-5:30pm Tuesday and Wednesday 1pm-5:30pm 23.5 hours a week

Customer Service Associate / Cashier
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-return (POR) system
- Handle cash, count bottle returns accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized point of return area
- Assist customers with questions and guide them to correct areas
- Utilize effective communication to simplify return process for customers
- Keep busy during downtime, maintaining cleanliness
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or directing calls
Skills:
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of POR systems and cash handling procedures
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing
- Ability to effectively communicate what is acceptable for drop off and where it goes.
