Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers while efficiently handling transactions. You will play a key part in creating a positive shopping experience, assisting customers with their needs, and promoting our products through effective communication and merchandising techniques.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling and processing of payments. Conduct product demonstrations and assist with technical sales inquiries to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction. Upsell products and services based on customer needs while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display to attract customers. Handle customer inquiries over the phone with professionalism and effective phone etiquette. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and excellent service delivery. Utilize time management skills to efficiently manage tasks during busy periods while ensuring quality service.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly valued. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Familiarity with technology sales, including product demos and technical sales, is a plus. Excellent organizational skills to maintain store appearance and manage inventory effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
