Duties
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their inquiries.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support to customers.
Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display to attract customers.
Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.
Exhibit strong time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
Uphold company policies regarding cash handling and security measures.
Requirements
Proven experience in retail sales or cashiering preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on communication and interpersonal interactions.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse customer base.
Familiarity with technology sales, including product demos and technical sales, is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and merchandising effectively.
