We are seeking a motivated and friendly full-time Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. Primary responsibilities will include handling transactions, assisting customers with their inquiries, accepting donations and stocking product. Beyond just a job, it's an opportunity to support our local community -- every sale helps fund vital support for those in need.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, register area, and customer entry points Restock product on the sales floor and ensure proper merchandise rotation Receive incoming donations Load donation items onto the processing belt for transport to the sorting floor Schedule is Tuesday-Saturday

Skills

Experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively upsell products. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude. Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns effectively. Physical ability to lift and carry at least 40 lbs and to stand for extended periods
