We are looking for a friendly, reliable

Customer Service Team Member

to join our team at Wild Flour Pizza. This role is focused on delivering a great guest experience in a fast-paced, quality-driven pizza restaurant.

You'll be the first point of contact for our guests -- taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring every customer leaves happy.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service Take in-store, phone, and online pickup orders accurately Operate POS systems and handle cash and card payments Answer customer questions about the menu, ingredients, and allergens Coordinate pickup orders and ensure correct timing and packaging Maintain a clean, organized front-of-house and service area Support the kitchen team during busy service periods Follow food safety, cleanliness, and company standards at all times
What We're Looking For

Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills Ability to stay calm and organized in a busy environment Attention to detail and accuracy when taking orders Reliable and punctual Previous customer service or food service experience is an asset, but not required -- we're happy to train the right person
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.85-$18.82 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
