Job Summary:
As a Cashier/Customer Associate at our embroidery service company, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth customer transactions and delivering exceptional service. You will handle payments, assist customers with inquiries, and support the sales process while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly, answer questions about products/services, and provide assistance in a friendly and efficient manner.
Process sales transactions accurately, handle cash, credit/debit payments, and issue receipts.
Assist customers with placing orders for embroidery services, ensuring all details (designs, sizes, colors, etc.) are correctly recorded.
Help monitor stock levels, organize merchandise, and notify management of low inventory.
Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to interact positively with clients and team members.
Attention to detail and a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.28-$26.34 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
