Greenspirit Strategies Ltd, a leading communications consulting firm, seeks a Cashier/Customer Associate to be the welcoming face and efficient hub of our corporate office.
Responsibilities:
Client Service & Reception:
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
Notify appropriate team members of guest arrivals and coordinate visitor logistics.
Office Financial Operations:
Handle all aspects of the firm's petty cash, including disbursements and reconciliation.
Receive and process client payments for consulting services and materials.
Office Administration:
Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies, placing orders as necessary.
Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and collating.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Attention to detail and a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to interact positively with clients and team members.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.31-$26.37 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
