As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring that all food safety standards are met, and contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards. Assist in meal preparation and food handling, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed. Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety practices. Participate in menu planning and development, offering creative ideas for new dishes.

Qualifications

Proven experience in the food service industry, preferably in a restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and kitchen equipment. A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that delight customers.
