Responsibilities



Greet customers warmly and efficiently process transactions at the cash register with accuracy and friendliness Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, ensuring quality, presentation, and timely delivery Assist in menu planning and food presentation to enhance guest satisfaction Handle food safely by following proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures Support food preparation activities, including chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients using proper knife skills Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health regulations and safety standards Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours and special catering events Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with restocking as needed Provide excellent customer service by serving meals with professionalism and a positive attitude

Experience



Previous experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable Experience working in fine dining or upscale restaurant environments is preferred Demonstrated skills in food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly within the food industry Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques Proven ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and cooking appliances Background in catering or large-scale food service operations is a plus Strong communication skills for serving guests and collaborating with team members

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
