Job Description

As the Cashier/Clerk in one of our Aquatic Facilities you will be a key person helping patrons to enjoy a positive and fun experience when visiting one of our many pools. You will need to be flexible and available for a variety of shifts including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

As the

Cashier/Clerk,

you will:

Provide quality citizen/customer service Receive and record cash/credit transactions Receive telephone calls Types correspondence Maintains written records, files and inventory Processing refunds according to prescribed procedures Operates various types of office equipment Administer first aid, as required

Your education and qualifications include:

Completed High School Grade 12/G.E.D. or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Previous cash experience including operating a cash register and balancing cash.

Excellent communication and customer service skills dedicated to meeting customer needs and expectations.

Emergency First Aid / CPR Level C Certificate to be obtained within probationary period.
