HIRING: FRONT OF HOUSE BOSS

Paninaro | 82 O'Connor St., Ottawa

We're looking for someone who can hold it down at the front -- run the cash, dial in the coffee, and make sure the guest experience is tight from open to close.

You'll Be:

Ringing in orders and running the show up front Making killer espressos + keeping the counter spotless Welcoming guests like they're walking into your home Problem-solving on the fly and keeping the vibe right Managing flow, staying organized, and leading the shift Wrapping and running sandwiches to customers Managing/prepping online orders Helping the kitchen crew when needed

You Are:

Cool under pressure and quick on your feet Friendly as heck but know how to run a tight ship A natural at making people feel taken care of Always looking for things to do Experienced in FOH or coffee (or a fast learner) Ready to step into this role and own it
