Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while crafting high-quality beverages and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities

Use of POS/Merchant system as well as proper handling of cash Preparing drinks following the companies standard recipes and customers modifications Memorization of toppings and drink recipe adjustments based on a customers order Preparing toppings and brewing tea Keeping all stations clean, organized, and stocked Following health/sanitization regulations Work in fast paced environment while paying attention to detail and multitasking Able to stand for 6-8 hour shifts and have variable hours including weekdays and holidays May be required to lift and carry up to 20 kg
Skills and Knowledge:

Ability to learn quickly and adapt Ability to multitask Ability to work cooperatively with other teammates Ability to work in fast past environments Clear communication to customers and teammates Food Handler Certificate an asset Must be eligible to work in Canada
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

Day shift Evening shift Night shift Weekends as needed
