We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for Bubble Tea and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and maintaining cleanliness in the cafe environment. Your role is essential in creating memorable experiences for our customers.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system while ensuring proper cash handling procedures. Assist with food preparation and service as needed, adhering to food safety standards. Monitor inventory levels of supplies and communicate needs to management. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours. Uphold food safety practices in accordance with health regulations.

Experience

Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food handling practices is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team are essential for success in this role.
