Duties

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their inquiries. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support for various merchandise. Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales. Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandising display. Manage inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves as needed. Respond to customer inquiries via phone with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring excellent phone etiquette. Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements

Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred. Familiarity with technology sales, including product demos and technical sales support. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to upselling products while ensuring customer satisfaction. Previous experience with merchandising is advantageous.
