- Making every customers shopping experience enjoyable and memorable by providing friendly and efficient customer service;
- Suggesting complementary products before processing the transaction;
- Making sure youre careful and precise when handling transactions at the cash register;
- Clearly explaining return policies to customers;
- Answering the phone in a professional manner;
- Keeping your work area clean and making sure you have everything you need to work efficiently;
- Respecting and following the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (dont worry, well explain everything to you!);
- Performing other duties where needed to support the team.
