Market IGA Girard Terrebonne inc. is a major Canadian food, with a strong presence in Quebec. We are offers a wide range of products from fresh produce to prepare meals, and also supplies independent grocery stores. We are seeking a reliable and motivated full-time Cashier to join our team.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to customer service. Currently seeking cashier that are available between 8AM-10PM daily. Responsibilities Scan products and process customer transactions accurately. Support in the delivery of company-directed promotions and programs. Prepare bank deposits, balance and close cash registers. Organize and clean his or her work station. Offer a good service to customers. Ensure price accuracy and make changes if needed. Perform any other tasks required by the manager. Our Cashiers connect with customers through delightful conversations and efficient transactions to create a memorable in-store shopping experience.

Required Profile

A team player with good communication skills. Adaptable in a fast-paced work environment. Resourceful and courteous when resolving inquiries. Motivated to learn new things and delivering great customer service. Able to move 25lbs and remain in a stationary or standing position for entire shifts.
