The responsibilities of this role include those outlined below as a Casino Cage Supervisor. Candidates must have prior supervisory experience to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate Cage activities and team members to ensure efficient operations and compliance with BCLC standards. Deliver exceptional guest services by promptly addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues. Oversee cash handling procedures to guarantee transaction accuracy and adherence to company policies. Handle different customer service responsibilities related to inquiries and disputes regarding jackpot payouts, tickets, and making change, etc. Employee relations, training, problem-solving, performance reviews, and managing discipline when necessary. Efficiently completing all necessary paperwork, forms, and reports in accordance with BCLC standards. Supervise the opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in leading teams with an emphasis on leadership and motivation. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers. Skilled in cash handling practices and fundamental math abilities for precise financial transactions. Exceptional customer service focus with a dedication to surpassing client expectations. Proficiency in computer skills is essential. Demonstrated time management skills, emphasizing reliability and honesty.
