Job Description

Cashier

ONLY APPLICANTS LIVING ON THE SUNSHINE COAST WILL BE CONSIDERED

As a Cashier, you will be the first person the customer sees when they enter the store and the last team member they will remember. You will be handling transactions, but most importantly you represent Trail Bay Source for Sports with enthusiasm and professionalism with every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Delivering excellent customer service to every customer Processing purchases, returns, exchanges, and general inquiries Maintaining a balanced till and performing end of day reconciliation and coin buys Managing stock levels of POS supplies - shopping bags, receipt paper, sign paper, gift cards etc. Preparation of POS signage to store standards using POS system signage generator

Required Skills & Knowledge

Passion for active, healthy living Previous cashier experience in a high-volume environment Available for full daytime shifts 7 days a week Customer oriented person who thrives in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Positive work attitude Good math and problem-solving skills Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for an 8 hour shift
