Now we're looking for friendly, customer-focused individuals who thrive in a fast-paced team environment to join our Customer Service team at our Rosedale store.

What you'll do

Greet customers warmly and provide a positive checkout experience Listen carefully to customer needs, answer questions, and offer solutions Process purchases quickly and accurately at the cash register Wrap, bag, or box groceries with care and offer carry-out service as needed Assist customers in locating products and recommend add-ons when appropriate Keep your checkout area clean, organized, and welcoming

What we're looking for

A true passion for food and great customer service Strong communication skills with patience and positivity Ability to remain calm and professional when resolving customer concerns Previous cashier, POS, or cash-handling experience (asset, but not required) Flexible availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs

All entry-level retail and kitchen roles begin at minimum wage ($17.20/hr). Pay is negotiable based on experience.
