Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide tailored assistance. Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about features and benefits. Engage in technology sales by showcasing the latest products and helping customers understand their functionalities. Perform merchandising tasks to ensure products are displayed attractively and effectively. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Maintain an organized sales floor, ensuring that all merchandise is stocked and well-presented. Handle customer inquiries professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when necessary. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Skills

Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele. Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Proficiency in technology sales, with a knack for conducting engaging product demos. Experience in retail sales, merchandising, and cash handling is preferred. Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and inventory management. Strong organizational skills to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently. Ability to upsell products while maintaining a focus on customer needs.
