ABOUT US - As an independent gasoline retailer and supplier, Cape D\xe2\x80\x99Or Holdings Ltd operates 79 service stations under the brand Go Store and distributes fuel to dealers in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Prince Edward Island. Our stations in Paradise and Deer Lake, Newfoundland include a \xe2\x80\x9cGreen Stop Cannabis To Go\xe2\x80\x9d store. JOB SUMMARY - Reporting to the store manager, the cashier is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a high energy, demanding environment. Cashiers are required to process credit/debit card and cash transactions using an electronic register. Other responsibilities include daily store maintenance; unpacking and stocking merchandise, store cleaning (inside and outside), counting products and cash floats, as well as other store specific duties.

JOB DUTIES
  • Store Opening and Closing Procedures
  • Cash Handling, use of POS System and Inventory Monitoring/Balancing
  • General Housekeeping
  • Train other Sales Associates in product knowledge, customer service and sales techniques
  • Abide by all policies, procedures, operational guidelines and government regulations
