Overview

C&C Coreen Cosmetiques and Nanami Japonaise Cosmetiques are premier retail destinations in Montreal, specializing in high-quality Korean and Japanese skincare and cosmetics. With five locations across the city and continued growth, we are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Cashiers to join our team at the Chinatown store.

As a Cashier, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth and efficient transaction processes. Your role is vital in creating a welcoming and positive shopping experience for our valued customers.

Responsibilities

1. Welcome and greet all customers in a professional, friendly, and polite manner.

2. Accurately process purchase transactions using the cash register and point-of-sale (POS) system in a timely and efficient manner.

3. Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable checkout area to ensure a welcoming environment.

4. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations, especially during busy periods.

5. Follow company policies regarding cash handling, transaction accuracy, and security procedures.

6. Direct customers to management for additional services or assistance when necessary.

Skills & Qualifications

Language Proficiency: Fluent in

English

and

French

; proficiency in Chinese and Korean is a plus. Cash Handling: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing transactions. Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills to engage and build rapport with a diverse clientele. Time Management: Ability to handle peak hours effectively while maintaining composure. Experience: Previous experience as a cashier or in a retail environment is preferred. Sales Knowledge: Sales experience is an asset but not required.
