Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and kitchen operations in a restaurant setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and meal assembly
- Follow recipes and portion controls to ensure consistency
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and efficient food production
- Adhere to food safety standards and guidelines
- Assist in receiving and storing food deliveries
- Help with inventory management and stock rotation
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction
